write it in 3-4 sentences like a 5th grader Question:

What was the Roman empire's views on Christianity at various points in its history? What caused them to change over time?

The Roman empire didn't like Christianity at first because they thought it was a weird religion. But after a while, some emperors like Constantine started to like it and even made it the official religion. This change happened because more and more people were becoming Christians and it was easier to just accept it instead of fighting against it. Eventually, Christianity became really popular in the Roman empire.
