Log your physical activity on your March activity log.

Activity Log Requirements:
Participate in at least 40 minutes of physical activity each school day for a total of 180 minutes of activity each week.
Record your activity on your February activity log. You can use one of the logs linked below or make your own log.

March Activity Log

Monday, March 1st:
- 30 minutes of jogging
- 10 minutes of stretching

Tuesday, March 2nd:
- 45 minutes of yoga

Wednesday, March 3rd:
- 20 minutes of jump rope
- 20 minutes of strength training

Thursday, March 4th:
- 30 minutes of dance class
- 10 minutes of cool down exercises

Friday, March 5th:
- 40 minutes of cycling

Total for Week 1: 180 minutes

Monday, March 8th:
- 30 minutes of brisk walking
- 10 minutes of stretching

Tuesday, March 9th:
- 45 minutes of Pilates

Wednesday, March 10th:
- 25 minutes of HIIT workout
- 15 minutes of core exercises

Thursday, March 11th:
- 20 minutes of Zumba
- 20 minutes of cool down exercises

Friday, March 12th:
- 40 minutes of hiking

Total for Week 2: 195 minutes

I will continue to track my physical activity for the remainder of March to ensure I reach my goal of at least 180 minutes per week.
