The graph for x ≤ 3 would be a solid line going through 3 on the x-axis and shading all points to the left of that line.

The graph for x ≥ -3 would also be a solid line going through -3 on the x-axis and shading all points to the right of that line.

When we combine both inequalities, the shaded region would be between -3 and 3 on the x-axis.
