Moral blameworthiness

refers to the degree to which an individual can be held responsible or accountable for their actions based on their moral character or intentions. It is often determined by the presence of certain moral considerations such as intentionality, knowledge of right and wrong, and the ability to control one's actions. Those who are morally blameworthy are considered to have knowingly and willingly committed actions that are considered morally wrong, and therefore deserving of criticism or punishment.
