King Solomon was a king in the Bible who turned away from God and started worshipping idols. He built altars and temples to these false gods, which made God very angry. Even though God had blessed Solomon with wisdom and riches, Solomon chose to follow his own desires and not obey God. This ultimately led to his downfall and the downfall of his kingdom. So basically, he messed up big time by worshipping idols instead of God.
