When the music starts to play,
And the soccer ball is in my hands,
All the worries slip away,
And I'm free to roam the lands.
Schoolwork and problems fade,
As the beats take me away,
In that moment, I'm unafraid,
To dance and play all day.
The rhythm pulses through my veins,
And I feel alive and free,
No more stress, no more strains,
Just pure, unbridled glee.
I use music and soccer,
To escape the noise of life,
To drown out all the chatter,
And find my inner strife.
So when the music plays,
And the ball is at my feet,
I know that I can always,
Find solace and retreat.
For in that moment of bliss,
I am truly in control,
