I would like to be a veterinarian when I grow up. To become a veterinarian, I will need to get a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from a college or university that has an accredited veterinary program. I would like to get my training at the University of California, Davis, because they have a top-ranked veterinary program. After I graduate with my DVM degree, I would like to work at a small animal clinic in my hometown, where I can help take care of dogs, cats, and other pets. I love animals and want to help keep them healthy and happy.
