One thing about school that I wish I could change is the start time. I believe that school should start later in the day. I find it difficult to wake up early in the morning for school, and I often feel tired and groggy throughout the day. Starting school later would allow students to get more rest. This would lead to improved focus, concentration, and overall academic performance. Additionally, some studies have shown that adolescents naturally have a later sleep-wake cycle, making it harder for them to fall asleep early. Changing the start time of school could benefit students both academically and physically. In conclusion, I would love to see school start at a later time to better accommodate students' sleep needs.
