How to get abs with situps

1. Start by laying on your back on a comfortable and padded surface.

2. Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the floor about hip-width apart.

3. Place your hands behind your head, with your elbows pointing out to the sides.

4. Engage your core muscles by pulling your belly button in towards your spine.

5. Slowly lift your upper body off the floor by using your abdominal muscles, not your neck or shoulders.

6. Exhale as you lift your body up, and inhale as you lower back down.

7. Make sure to keep your neck relaxed and your chin off your chest to avoid straining your neck muscles.

8. Aim to do 3 sets of 10-15 situps, gradually increasing the number as your strength improves.

9. For more challenge, you can try adding variations such as bicycle crunches, Russian twists, or leg raises to your routine.

10. Remember to also incorporate cardiovascular exercises and a healthy diet to help reduce body fat and reveal your abs.
