trapezoid, extensor digitorum, soleus, gluteus maximus, triceps, latissimus dorsi

1. Rhomboid: Located between the shoulder blades, responsible for retracting the scapula.

2. Deltoid: Located on the shoulder, responsible for shoulder abduction.
3. Trapezius: Located on the upper back and neck area, responsible for shoulder elevation and retraction.
4. Extensor digitorum: Located on the back of the forearm, responsible for extending the fingers.
5. Soleus: Located in the calf, responsible for plantar flexion of the foot.
6. Gluteus maximus: Located in the buttocks, responsible for hip extension.
7. Triceps: Located on the back of the upper arm, responsible for extension of the elbow.
8. Latissimus dorsi: Located on the lower back, responsible for shoulder adduction and extension.
