Rephrase: add the word stigma

Many people won't notice that you have a mental illness because most people with mental illness aren't noticeable just by their appearance since its inside of you unlike when you see someone on wheelchair or someone who has cancer, you'll know that they have an illness by their appearance which would make you a bit different from them but you're still equally as important. You may not notice that others may also be having a mental illness because they may not speak about it so you feel different or scared to speak out about it because you may think if you talk about it everyone would think different of you or even bully you for it but if you continue to hold it in, your mental health can worsen overtime so here's a couple things you can do to cope with your mental health and avoid stigma:
