Put yourselves in the situation of a school engulfed with severe indiscipline issues, especially bullying and violence. Your school has successfully addressed the incidence of bullying and violence in different forms. As an RCL president present on how you went from such severity to normal school. In your presentation, talk about how you employed the various legislations. Include the school-initiated approaches that are also aligned with legislation. Propose improvements that can be done on top of what your school is doing.

Good morning, everyone. As the RCL president, I am here to share with you how our school successfully addressed the severe indiscipline issues, especially bullying and violence, that once plagued our school.

First and foremost, we utilized various legislations to combat bullying and violence in our school. We made sure to implement the Protection from Harassment Act of 2014, which provides legal protection against harassment, including bullying, in our school environment. This legislation allowed us to take swift action against bullies and ensure the safety of all students.

In addition to the legal framework, our school also initiated various approaches to address bullying and violence. We implemented a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying, with clear consequences for offenders. We also conducted regular awareness campaigns and workshops on the effects of bullying and violence, as well as conflict resolution training for students.

Through our efforts, we were able to create a safer and more inclusive school environment. Bullying incidents decreased significantly, and students felt more empowered to speak up against any form of violence or harassment.

However, there is always room for improvement. One suggestion I have is to involve students more actively in the prevention and resolution of bullying and violence. By creating student-led initiatives and peer support programs, we can empower students to take a stand against bullying and violence in their own community.

Furthermore, I propose that we continue to educate both students and teachers on the importance of creating a culture of respect and empathy in our school. By promoting positive values and behaviors, we can prevent bullying and violence from happening in the first place.

In conclusion, I am proud of the progress we have made in addressing the severe indiscipline issues in our school. By combining legislation with school-initiated approaches, we were able to create a safer and more harmonious learning environment for all students. Let us continue working together towards a school free from bullying and violence. Thank you.
