If you hit an unattended vehicle or object and cause damage, what should you do?
Attempt to find the owner, then leave a note with your information if you cannot find them.
Call 911 immediately.
Leave the area immediately. Because it was unattended, there is no responsibility.
Look for the owner, but if you can't find them, you are free to leave without leaving a note.
