It is recommended that you consult with a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. In the meantime, there are some general tips that may help alleviate or prevent some of these symptoms:

1. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
2. Avoid trigger foods that may exacerbate symptoms such as fatty or spicy foods, caffeine, and alcohol.
3. Practice stress-reducing techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or yoga.
4. Eat small, frequent meals to prevent bloating and nausea.
5. Get regular exercise to help with digestion and overall health.
6. Ensure you are getting enough sleep each night.
7. Avoid smoking and limit exposure to secondhand smoke.
8. Consider keeping a food diary to track potential triggers for your symptoms.
9. Take over-the-counter pain medication for headaches, but consult with a healthcare professional first to ensure it is safe for you to do so.
10. Use over-the-counter eye drops for red and painful eyes.
