1. Open your Word document and navigate to the "Mobile Banking" section where you want to add the Ice Blue color to the second-level list items.

3. Go to the Home tab on the Word toolbar.
4. Look for the "Bullets" button in the Paragraph group and click on the drop-down arrow next to it.
