Mouth ulcers caused by oral candidiasis are often painful and may have a creamy white or yellowish appearance. They can occur on the inside of the cheeks, on the tongue, and on the roof of the mouth. These ulcers may be accompanied by redness and inflammation in the affected areas. In some cases, there may also be a burning or itching sensation. Oral candidiasis ulcers can make it difficult to eat or speak comfortably.
