to you using possessive adjectives.
For each slide/family member you need to type a paragraph that must include five sentences with
the following information: their name, the person’s relationship to you, a descriptive sentence,
what they like to do (Le gusta . . .) and a sentence indicating something they do (use an ar/er/ir
verb). Don’t forget to include their picture on each page!
You must include at least three generations in your project.
There are several ways to accomplish this. Here are a few examples. Sample sentences for female
family members:
o Ésta es mi madre. (This is my mother)
o Ella se llama María. (Her name is María)
o Ella es alta. (She is tall.)
o Le gusta bailar y leer libros. (She likes to dance and read books.)
o Ella baila muy bien. (She dances very well.)
Things to keep in mind:
The entire project must be written in Spanish. You will be presenting this project to your
class and the presentation must be in Spanish as well. You will lose points for English usage.
Family members must be in sequential order. (Grandparents, parents, siblings, cousins, pets).
Each paragraph must contain five sentences and be in sequential order.
The project must be neat and creative. You will get points for creativity!!
Using photos is encouraged. If you do not feel comfortable showing photos of your real family,
show/use a fictional family from Google.
Do not use online Spanish translations. Looking up adjectives is acceptable, but any verb
tenses used that you have not learned in my class will result in points being taken off of your
final grade.
