Data handling deais with collection of data, organising and analysing the data that you have collected. As a grade 10 learner, you are going to ask at least 50 classmates / grad mates their age.

1.1 Record the data using approprate instruments
1.2 Classify your data and organise your data using categories, class intervals, / tallies, and frequency tables
1.3 Calculate and analyse the measures of central tendency and spread.
14 Represent your data using appropriate graphs.

1.1 To record the data, you can use a simple pen and paper or a digital device like a spreadsheet on a computer or smartphone.

1.2 Classifying and organizing the data can be done by creating categories based on age ranges, such as 10-12, 13-15, 16-18, etc. You can use tally marks to keep track of how many classmates fall into each category and then create a frequency table to show the distribution of ages.

1.3 Calculate the measures of central tendency, such as the mean (average) age of your classmates, as well as measures of spread, such as the range or standard deviation of ages.

1.4 Representing the data can be done by creating a bar graph or histogram to visually display the distribution of ages among your classmates. You can also create a pie chart to show the proportion of classmates in each age category.
