My exceeds were carbohydrates and sodium. 

For carbohydrates, I can work on substituting high-carb options with lower-carb alternatives such as swapping out white bread for whole grain, pasta for zoodles, or potato chips for veggie sticks. I can also decrease portion sizes of carbohydrate-rich foods like rice, pasta, and bread.

For sodium, I can reduce my intake by cooking more meals at home using fresh ingredients instead of pre-packaged or processed foods. I can also flavor my meals with herbs and spices instead of salt, and avoid adding extra salt to my dishes. Additionally, I can choose low-sodium options when buying canned goods or condiments.
