What is mentorship

Mentorship is a supportive relationship between a more experienced or knowledgeable person (the mentor) and a less experienced or knowledgeable person (the mentee) in which the mentor provides guidance, advice, and support to help the mentee develop their skills, knowledge, and abilities. Mentorship can take many forms, including one-on-one relationships, group or peer mentoring, and formal mentorship programs in educational or professional settings. The goal of mentorship is to help the mentee navigate challenges, set and achieve goals, and ultimately reach their full potential.
