I feel that I was adequately prepared to apply the concepts from my previous math courses in this lesson. However, if I do feel the need for more review in the future, I will take the following steps to get help:

2. Seek help from my math teacher or tutor for additional explanations and practice problems.
3. Use online resources such as Khan Academy or Mathway to practice and reinforce the concepts.
4. Form study groups with classmates to collaborate and review the material together.
5. Practice problems regularly to solidify my understanding of the concepts.
