What does this means

Moderate to severe osteoarthritic changes at the DIP and PIP joints are noted. No acute fracture, dislocation, or destructive process. 0.5 cm anterior heel spur is noted. 1 cm posterior heel spur is noted. There is extensive dorsal soft tissue swelling.

This means that there are noticeable degenerative changes (osteoarthritis) at the distal interphalangeal (DIP) and proximal interphalangeal (PIP) joints. There are no recent fractures, dislocations, or other harmful conditions. Additionally, there are small bone spurs on the front and back of the heel, and significant swelling in the soft tissue on the top of the foot.
