Reply back to above first thanking them, secondly you accepting the service. However let them know that it is beneficial that food truck needs to be on their site to serve 52 employees. This reason is due to homemade cooked off the food truck. Let them know to find a designated area in which you could set my food truck for this event.

We would be more than happy to cater for your event, but it is essential that our food truck is on-site to serve your 52 employees. Our food is freshly cooked right off the truck, so it's best enjoyed hot and straight from the grill. Please let us know if there is a designated area where we can set up the food truck for this event.
