It sounds like you may be experiencing urinary incontinence, which is the inability to control your bladder. This can happen for a variety of reasons, including weak pelvic floor muscles, hormonal changes, stress, or underlying medical conditions.

It is important to speak with a healthcare provider about your symptoms. They can help determine the cause of your urinary incontinence and provide you with a treatment plan. This may include pelvic floor exercises, lifestyle changes, medications, or other interventions.

In the meantime, it may be helpful to try to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles by doing kegel exercises regularly. Avoiding caffeine and drinking plenty of water may also help improve bladder control.

Remember, urinary incontinence is a common issue and there are many treatment options available. Don't be afraid to seek help and discuss your concerns with a healthcare provider.
