20th amendment:
a) addresses presidential succession in more detail
b) identifies the line of succession for the president and sets the dates at which federally elected officials end
their terms and new terms begin
c) moves the start of the presidential term from March 4th to January 20th
d) clarified the procedures for Congress to assemble and inaugurate the President and Vice President in case of a tie or disputed election.
e) reduces the "lame duck" period between the election and inauguration of a new president
