A leadership tribunal is a judicial process used in Papua New Guinea to investigate and determine allegations of misconduct or impropriety by public officials. One recent leadership tribunal case in PNG involved former Member of Parliament and Minister for Finance, Don Polye, who was dismissed from office in 2020 for breaching the Leadership Code.
