Hi, I have a question about makeup

So I have this liquid concealer that's lighter than my actual skin. I use it for under eyes, but I rlly want my blush to show (I'm going to a baby shower) The thing is I have a lot of freckles and I'm worried it'll look weird if only my cheeks have no freckles. This isn't full face concealer and I don't have foundation. What do I do?

Well I only have one shade of powder blush.

Sure, I'd be happy to help! What's your question about makeup?

I understand your concern! Since you don't have foundation to match your concealer to the rest of your face, you can try blending the concealer on your under eyes seamlessly into the rest of your face to create a more even complexion.

To make your blush show up more, you can apply a cream blush or a slightly darker shade of powder blush to your cheeks. This will add color to your complexion without covering up your freckles.

If you're still worried about the contrast between your freckles and the lighter concealer, you can lightly tap some of your liquid concealer over your cheeks and blend it out to create a more cohesive look. Just make sure to blend well so it looks natural.

Remember to also apply some translucent powder to set your makeup and help it last longer. And most importantly, have fun at the baby shower!

No problem! You can still use your one shade of powder blush to add some color to your cheeks. Just go with a light hand when applying it to avoid overdoing it. You can also try mixing a tiny amount of the blush with a bit of translucent powder to create a lighter shade that will complement your lighter concealer. This can help prevent the blush from looking too dark or intense on your freckled skin.

Don't forget to blend well and build up the color gradually until you achieve your desired look. And if you have any highlighter or bronzer, you can also use them to add some extra dimension to your complexion while keeping your freckles visible.

Experiment with different techniques and have fun with your makeup look for the baby shower!
