"We'll see about that," Crimson Thunder replied defiantly, his fists clenched as he prepared for battle. But just as they were about to clash, a cry for help echoed through the night.
Without a second thought, both heroes turned towards the sound, their rivalry momentarily forgotten as they raced to the scene. In the alley below, a young woman was being attacked by a gang of thugs, her cries for help growing more desperate with each passing moment.
