Once upon a time, in a small village nestled in the hills, there lived a young girl named Lily. Lily was known throughout the village for her kind heart and gentle spirit. She spent her days tending to the animals on her family's farm and helping her neighbors with whatever tasks they needed.
One day, while out in the fields gathering vegetables, Lily heard a faint cry coming from the forest just beyond the edge of the village. Curious, she made her way through the trees and soon came upon a small, wounded wolf pup. The poor creature looked up at her with soulful eyes, and Lily's heart went out to it.
