Triangle sum theorem quick check

The Triangle Sum Theorem states that the sum of the interior angles of a triangle is always 180 degrees. This theorem can be used to find a missing angle in a triangle by adding the known angles and subtracting the sum from 180 degrees.

Example:
If two angles in a triangle are 50 degrees and 70 degrees, you can find the measure of the third angle by adding 50 and 70 (120) and subtracting that sum from 180 degrees: 180 - 120 = 60 degrees. Therefore, the third angle in the triangle is 60 degrees.
