One quality of a good leader is empathy. If I were president, I would apply this quality by actively listening to the needs and concerns of the people and showing understanding and compassion towards their struggles. I would prioritize policies that address the issues impacting the most vulnerable communities and work towards creating a more inclusive and equitable society for all.
