My current fitness plan consists of a combination of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises. I typically work out five days a week, with a mix of activities including weightlifting, running, yoga, and cycling. I believe in having a well-rounded fitness routine that targets different aspects of physical health.

In terms of strength training, I focus on lifting heavy weights to build muscle and increase my overall strength. I incorporate a variety of exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and rows. I aim to progressively overload my muscles by increasing the weight or reps each week to continue seeing improvements.

For cardio, I enjoy running outside or on the treadmill, cycling on my stationary bike, or taking high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes.
