What promise did Hitler make, and then what did he do?

Hitler made multiple promises throughout his political career. One of the prominent promises he made was to restore Germany's power and prestige, which had been diminished after World War I. He promised to create a strong economy, provide employment opportunities, and rebuild the military.

However, instead of fulfilling his promises, Hitler used his power to advance his radical ideology and launch aggressive military campaigns. He initiated the Nazi regime, suppressed opposition, violated international treaties, and started World War II. Hitler implemented policies that persecuted and ultimately led to the genocide of millions of Jews, as well as other minority groups, through the Holocaust. Therefore, while Hitler may have initially promised certain reforms, he turned Germany into an aggressive, totalitarian state that committed unimaginable atrocities.
