What resuscitation of the breathing pattern

The resuscitation of the breathing pattern can be done through various techniques, including chest compressions and rescue breaths.

1. Chest compressions: To perform chest compressions, place the heel of your hand on the center of the person's chest, between the nipples. Place your other hand on top of the first hand and interlock the fingers. Position yourself directly over the person's chest and, with straight arms, press down hard and fast at least 2 inches deep at a rate of 100-120 compressions per minute.

2. Rescue breaths: After every 30 compressions, open the person's airway by tilting their head back and lifting their chin. Pinch the person's nose shut and cover their mouth with yours, making a complete seal. Give two rescue breaths, each lasting about 1 second, and watch for the chest to rise with each breath.

Continue this cycle of 30 compressions followed by 2 rescue breaths until emergency medical services arrive or the person starts breathing on their own.

It is important to note that if you are not trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), it is best to call emergency medical services immediately and let them guide you through the process.
