The Supreme Court is able to resolve policy differences between the legislative branch and the executive branch through its power of judicial review. This power allows the Court to interpret the Constitution and determine whether laws and executive actions are constitutional. If there is a policy difference between the two branches, any party can bring a legal challenge to the Court. By hearing such cases, the Court can provide a final ruling that determines the constitutionality of the disputed policy. This decision then becomes binding and must be followed by both the legislative and executive branches.
