Change the fill color of the chart area to Ice Blue, Accent 1, Lighter 80%, and then change the fill color of the plot area to White, Background 1.

To change the fill color of the chart area to Ice Blue, Accent 1, Lighter 80% and the plot area to White, Background 1, follow these steps:

1. Select the chart by clicking on it.
2. Go to the "Chart Design" tab in the Excel Ribbon.
3. Click on the "Chart Styles" button in the "Chart Styles" group.
4. A drop-down menu will appear. Scroll down to find the "Colorful" category and click on it.
5. In the "Colorful" category, find the "Ice Blue, Accent 1, Lighter 80%" option and click on it. This will change the fill color of the chart area.
6. Next, right-click anywhere inside the plot area of the chart.
7. From the context menu that appears, select "Format Plot Area."
8. In the "Format Plot Area" pane that opens on the right side of the Excel window, click on the "Fill & Line" icon (it looks like a paint bucket).
9. Under the "Fill" section, click on the "Color" drop-down menu and select "White, Background 1."
10. Close the "Format Plot Area" pane.

Your chart area should now have a fill color of Ice Blue, Accent 1, Lighter 80% and the plot area should have a fill color of White, Background 1.
