The basic 3 steps for moving objects in publisher
1. Select the object you want to move: Click on the object to select it. You will see handles appear around the object indicating that it is selected.
2. Move the object: Click and drag the object to the desired location. As you drag the object, you will see a ghost image of the object moving with your cursor. Release the mouse button to place the object in the new location.
3. Fine-tune the position: If needed, you can use the arrow keys on your keyboard to fine-tune the position of the object. Press the arrow keys to move the object in small increments in the direction of the arrow key you are pressing.
These steps can be used to move any type of object in Publisher, including text boxes, images, shapes, and more.
