i adjusted my petticoats and rode toward fathers shop. We would need more candles if we would be sewing that many desses

As I approached my father's shop, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement in the air. Today was going to be a busy day, as we had received several orders for dresses. Adjusting my petticoats one more time to ensure they were in order, I tied them tightly around my waist and dismounted my horse.

Entering the shop, I was greeted by the familiar scent of fabric and the sound of humming sewing machines. My father, a skilled tailor, looked up from his workbench and smiled at me. "Ah, there you are. We have much to do today, my dear."

I nodded, understanding the significance of the busy day ahead. "Yes, father, we have received numerous orders for dresses. I believe we will need more candles to ensure we can work through the night if necessary."

My father sighed and rubbed his chin thoughtfully. "You're right, my dear. It seems our supply of candles won't be enough. Could you ride into town and purchase some more? And while you're there, perhaps you can also bring some threads of different colors and some additional fabric."

I nodded once again and grabbed a cloth bag, ready to make my way towards town. "Of course, father, I will head to the general store and get everything we need. Is there anything else I should bring back?"

My father glanced around the shop before answering me. "Yes, please also grab a few more spools of different sizes and some new needles. It seems like we might need those as well."

With a determined smile, I bid my father farewell and ventured outside. Mounting my horse again, I rode towards the town, my mind filled with thoughts of fulfilling the orders and ensuring we had everything necessary to create beautiful dresses.

It was a long ride, but eventually, I reached the general store. Stepping inside, I was greeted by the kind shopkeeper who promptly helped me locate the items on my list. I carefully selected a variety of candles, threads, spools, needles, and even some extra fabric just in case.

Once all the supplies were secured in my bag, I thanked the shopkeeper and headed back to the shop. I couldn't wait to show my father what I had acquired and get to work on the dresses.

As I rode back, I couldn't help but feel a sense of pride. With the additional candles, threads, and other supplies, we would be able to create a multitude of exquisite dresses, making our customers happy and satisfied. And as I neared the shop, I couldn't help but hope that our hard work would pay off and bring success to our little business.
