why laptop don't have calls

Laptops are designed primarily for computing tasks and not for making phone calls. While laptops do have microphones and speakers built-in for video conferencing and online meetings, they do not typically have the necessary hardware components such as cellular radio or SIM card slots that are required for traditional phone calls.

Additionally, making calls via laptops may not be considered as convenient as using a smartphone since laptops are larger in size and are not designed to be held up to the ear. Smartphones are more portable and have cellular capabilities, making them better suited for making phone calls.
