What are the regions and districts of Kenya country?

Kenya is divided into several regions and districts. However, it is important to note that the administrative divisions of Kenya have recently undergone major changes, and as of July 2021, Kenya is now organized into 47 counties. These counties have replaced the former districts and are further grouped into regions.
