If I had to choose a CRM system for a company I would choose Zoho. According to the reviews, this CRM system is simple and easy to use. Being integrated with Zoho allows companies to utilize projects for clients. With Zoho it makes training for projects and presentations much easier to navigate through. Zoho has built in AI, which many other CRMS do not offer. There is built in technology that other CRM's do not have. When you choose the professional edition, there is unlimited data available. Many other CRM's have limited access. One negative about Zoho is the extra costs for any add on's. Those are not included in the first price. Overall, this would be a great CRM for company to use.
