A 90° rotation is a rotation of a figure 90 degrees counterclockwise or clockwise around a fixed point.
A 270° rotation is a rotation of a figure 270 degrees counterclockwise or 90 degrees clockwise around a fixed point.
Both rotations result in the figure being in a different orientation, but the 90° rotation will bring the figure back to its original position after four rotations, while the 270° rotation will bring the figure back to its original position after two rotations.
