The Ford Hunger March, also known as the Ford Massacre, occurred in March 1932 in Dearborn, Michigan. The march was organized by unemployed autoworkers and supporters to protest against the harsh working conditions and low wages at the Ford Motor Company during the Great Depression. The protesters marched towards the Ford River Rouge plant, where they were met with armed police officers and Ford's private security force.
