Let's try the same thing with the water and olive oil. Remove the iron and brick from the heaters, and drag the beakers of water and olive oil to the heaters. Attach thermometers to both beakers. Add heat with the "link heaters" box checked. Which substance takes more energy to heat up? (Hint: Just observe how fast the thermometers are changing. You aren't looking for maximum temperature here. Also, the less energy it takes to heat the substance, the faster its temperature will rise.)
