The Bill of Rights is part of the U.S. Constitution. It consists of the first ten amendments to the Constitution and guarantees certain rights and freedoms to the people. Each state in the United States also has its own constitution, including the Ohio Constitution, which may have its own version of a bill of rights that protects the rights of residents specifically in Ohio.
