Newton’s third law of motion states that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. What would be an example of this law in action? (write in 3 sentences)

An example of Newton's third law of motion in action is when a person is standing on the ground. When they push down on the ground with their feet (action), the ground pushes back with an equal force in the opposite direction (reaction), allowing the person to stay balanced and not sink into the ground. Another example is a rocket launching into space. As the rocket expels gases with great force downward (action), the gases push the rocket upward with an equal force (reaction), propelling it into space. Similarly, when a person jumps off a diving board, the force they exert on the board (action) causes the board to exert an equal force upward (reaction), propelling the person into the air.
