Organizers like mitochondria and the Golgi apparatus are found within cells.

The Golgi apparatus is also found in the cytoplasm of eukaryotic cells. It is responsible for modifying, sorting, and packaging proteins and lipids for transport to various parts of the cell or for secretion outside the cell. So, both of these organizers are located inside the cell.
