Moksha is the concept of liberation, enlightenment, or ultimate freedom in Hinduism. It refers to the liberation of the soul from the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth (reincarnation) and the attainment of union with Brahman, the ultimate reality or cosmic consciousness. It is considered the ultimate goal of human life in Hindu philosophy. Moksha is achieved through spiritual practices, self-realization, and the dissolution of one's ego, leading to the liberation of the soul from the cycle of samsara (the repeated cycle of birth and death). It is not related to a castle, set of hymns, or a teacher in Hinduism.
