An earthquake and a tsunami could be a result of plate movement at any type of boundary (convergent, divergent, transform). A volcano could be a result of plate movement at a convergent boundary or a divergent boundary. However, a hurricane is not directly caused by plate movement, but rather by other atmospheric conditions such as warm ocean temperatures.
