ACTIVITY: COMPARING OUR CONSTITUTIONS

IMPORTANT: While this project is accessible for viewing, do not begin working on this project until you have completed all other assignments (lessons, quizzes) in this unit.

Directions:
Using the information from previous lessons and your notes, create a Venn Diagram comparing the Articles of Confederation and the Constitution. A Venn diagram is a way to show the relationships between two concepts. It uses overlapping circles to show the common elements between two concepts in the middle, while the differences between the two concepts are represented in each circle. Use the word bank below to include in your Venn diagram.

You may use PowerPoint, MS Word, or similar platforms or you may hand-write a Venn diagram, scan it in as a .pdf or .jpeg file and attach it to this assignment. If a Google Doc or Google Slide is used, the shareable link can be copied and pasted to the writer's box of this assignment; be sure its sharing permissions are set to "anyone with a link can edit the document" for teacher feedback. Be sure to include your first and last name, teacher, class name, and date on your project.

Your Venn Diagram should use the words from the Word Bank below. Place each description from the word bank in the correct section (Articles of Confederation, U.S. Constitution, or Both) of the Venn Diagram.

Example of a Venn Diagram:

Unfortunately, as an AI language model, I am unable to create visual content such as Venn diagrams. However, I would be happy to help you with any questions or provide information on the Articles of Confederation and the Constitution if you need assistance.
